The Cotton Patch Loyalty Card

When you book a class with me at Pastures New Quilting you are entitled to a loyalty card which you should show each time you visit the shop.

For every £1 you spend in the shop (on items that have an individual value of £300 or less) you are awarded a Loyalty Point and the number of Loyalty Points you have accrued will be shown on your till receipt.

Once you have accrued 100 loyalty points you will receive a £5 voucher to use on a future shop purchase.

If you have already booked on a class your card is waiting to be collected from the shop.

You can now book to use the facilities at the Cadet Centre to set out and baste your quilt.  The centre has plenty of suitable large tables so no more worrying about scratching the dining table, scrabbling around on the floor or having to tidy up because a visitor has arrived!  You can even bring a friend to help you and enjoy a cup of tea when you need a break!

Sessions cost a flat rate of £25 for up to 3 hours (maximum two people).  There are places available most weeks and you can book at short notice if you need to.  For more information or to book please call me on 0121 474 5968 or 07881 948834.

Open Day was a great success

The Open Day finally arrived in a blaze of sunshine and was a great success.  Whether they came to see where their next class was being held, to have a look to see what it was all about or simply to share a cup of coffee and a cake, everyone had a good time.  Overall around 65 people came throughout the day and I must say thank you for the beautiful good luck cards I received – and of course my own jar of specially made marmalade!

There were lots of projects on display including a sneak preview of some new classes - still in development!  In fact it’s already been suggested that this becomes an annual event with exhibitions of work by people who have been on my classes during the year.  I totally agree that this would be a really good opportunity to display and recognise the hard work of all the lovely people that join my classes so let’s wait and see what next year brings!!
