For many decades, visitors to South Florida have been struck by the novel and colourful dress of the Seminole Indians where bands of intricate designs adorn most garments. Shortly before 1920, a new decorative technique was developed by Seminole women and this is still a popular form of patchwork today.
On this class you will learn how to undertake this intricate looking technique and make your first Seminole bands.
