Learn the basics skills required for successful patchwork and quilting on this 6 month course.  A range of techniques will be covered including getting the best from your sewing machine, rotary cutting, hand and machine piecing, applique, hand and machine quilting as well as basic construction methods and making colour choices.  

Throughout the 6 months you will make a number of small items to demonstrate your new skills such as a pincushion, needle case, rotary cutter case, thread tidy, cushion cover or bag.
