Tailored workshops for quilt groups

 

I run a full programme of Patchwork and Quilting classes at the Cadet Training Centre in Shirley which is only about a mile down the road from the Cotton Patch shop.  I have lots of space at the centre with two big, light classrooms and the use of a couple of smaller ones as well should I need them.  There is onsite parking for around 25 cars and I have full use of kitchen facilities and a separate rest room.

I can run any of my day or half day classes for a group that wants to work together at the centre on a day and time to suit.  This means for example, that if your group wanted to do a day class but the advertised date isn’t suitable, or has insufficient spaces available, then I can liaise with you to arrange a suitable alternative.  This class would not then be opened to anyone outside the group to join.

The cost per person would be the same as that advertised, subject to a minimum of 5 people, and would be payable on booking. However, for larger groups (10 or more) there would be a discount of 10%. 

 

For machine classes attendees would need to bring their own machines with them but for hand sewing classes such as Kantha or Crazy Patchwork a kit is included in the advertised price so they would just need to bring a basic hand sewing kit.

 

Ladies can bring their own lunch, visit the local shops or I can provide a lunch (sandwiches, crisps, cake etc) if required (cost obviously dependant on numbers attending).  I can also build time into the class day to allow for shopping time at The Cotton Patch if desired!!
